Highlight Synergy 4 Spiral Turntable Stretch Wrap Machine (LOW AND HIGH PROFILE)
The Synergy 4 has 18 adjustable wrap settings, including an electronically controlled pre-stretch level which can be entered by touch screen from 0-600%, making this machine smart enough and versatile enough for laboratory testing of films. The all-steel construction, over-engineered drive and control systems, and use of industry standard components, make the Synergy 4 tough enough to stand up to decades of industrial use.

Low Profile Turntable 58” Diameter: Smooth top turntable allowing for easy loading with pallet jacks (when optional ramp is purchased) and fork trucks. This also allows for an 80” total wrap height capacity per load standard. 4000 pound capacity belt drive with sealed for life bearings in a maintenance free design.
Extended Wrap Height: This is a required option to allow for wrapping loads up to 104” or 118”” on LOW PROFILE turntables.
Standard Ramp: Allows for easy loading for pallet jacks.
Scale Package: Incorporating four load cells into our sub-frame will allow the customer to efficiently weigh every load wrapped. This option includes a sub-frame, the load cells, and a display (mounted to the machine mast) with digital readout and connectivity to computer systems or printers via RS-232.
Scale Ramp: The increased height required to incorporate a scale sub-frame requires the ramp on low profile turntables to extend out further, allowing easier placement of the pallet to the higher elevation.
Ramp Porch Extensions: 24” and 48” ramp extensions are used to eliminate multiple pallet forks from “bottoming out” at the top of the ramp. Sizing should be based upon the length of the fork. Extensions plug in to the top of the ramp for easy installation.
5,000 Pound Capacity: For heavier loads, an increased capacity turntable is available to accommodate pallets and products up to 5,000 pounds.
Electric Top Platen: Provides additional support for unstable and/or large products. The electrically driven platen is lowered into position securing the load before the wrap cycle.
Advanced Infra-Red Sensor: An advanced infra-red sensor may be required to detect dark or shiny loads.
Film Fingers: Film Fingers can reinforce the edges of the top and bottom of the film for greater strength, or to narrow the film width for applications that require ventilation. Adjustable fingers mount on a sliding bracket affixed to the carriage.
30” Film Carriage: Upgraded film carriage to accept 30” rolls of stretch film.
Extended Frame: An extended frame creates a larger diagonal to increase clearance from the tower. Custom frame options available, contact your sales representative for more information.
Bottom Roping Bar: Reinforces the bottom of the load for increased strength and better pallet capture.
